Frequently Asked Questions

What types of saunas do you offer?

We offer a variety of sauna styles to suit your wellness goals—including traditional steam or dry saunas, infrared saunas, and even innovative combo models. We offer pre-designed standalone units for indoor or outdoor, as well as completely customized saunas designed to fit unique spaces such as rooms, closets, bathrooms, or an odd corner. This ensures you can choose the perfect fit for your home and lifestyle.

If I choose to go with one heater option, could we change or add onto it later?

Say you choose a traditional heater and want to add infrared later on. We can do this for you at an extra charge.

Can I lay down in the sauna?

Well, that's of course going to depend on the size of the sauna you choose. If it's 6+ ft or long enough for you to do so, simply tell us that you'd like to be able to lay down and we will build one of the benches a bit wider for you to be able to do so.

Can I put exercise equipment such as stationary bikes in the sauna?

Yes, depending on the size. However creating space for this may mean removing one or even both of the benches, depending on your preference.

Do you offer tinted glass for the doors and windows for added privacy?

Yes we do. Either contact us after purchasing a product for a separate quote for this add-on, or get a custom sauna quote from the beginning.

Can I customize my sauna?

Absolutely. Our hand-crafted saunas are tailored to your space and or vision. Whether you’re transforming an extra room, closet, bathroom, or building a standalone unit for your garage or outdoor area, we work with you to create a truly unique sauna experience.

What materials do you use?

We use only premium wood sourced locally from Cedar and Cypress trees along the coastal U.S.A. Our materials are carefully selected from trusted local family-owned suppliers and processed to be chemical free and low EMF, ensuring that your sauna not only looks beautiful but also supports your health.

Where are your saunas built?

Our saunas are proudly built right here on Florida’s Emerald Coast in Pensacola. This local approach means we control every aspect of quality—from sourcing sustainable materials to expert craftsmanship.

What’s the difference between your custom saunas and prefab models?

Our custom saunas are completely bespoke—designed and built to your specific requirements. In contrast, our ready-made, units are engineered for quality and can be delivered fully assembled in North Florida or shipped as panelized kits for your assembly.
