I ended up installing that cold plunge next to it, and let me tell you, you are right. Sauna then ice bath is the best combo ever. The ice bath is freaking painful but you feel good after. Sauna is the relief you feel good both during and after. It's like when you're hungry food tastes a lot better, that's that the ice bath does for the sauna.
