Structural Warranty (5-10 Years)

Covers the overall construction, frame, and wood integrity of the sauna against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

• What’s covered? Warping, splitting, or deterioration of the wood beyond normal wear.
• What’s not? Natural aging, discoloration, or damage from improper use or environmental factors (e.g., flooding, storms, neglect).

Heater Warranty

Most sauna heaters last a long time and come with their own warranty. We are not responsible for ensuring this warrantee or seeing that it is enforced, but we will make all reasonable effort to deal with the manufacturer in order to make the situation right in the event the heater fails.

• What’s typically covered? Heating element failure, internal wiring issues, thermostat malfunctions.
• What’s not typically covered? Damage from improper electrical setup, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions

Satisfaction Guarantee (30 days)

If you notice any significant defects or issues affecting the function of the sauna within the first 30 days, we will replace or repair the affected part at no cost.
